BT London Live will take place in Hyde Park and Victoria Park throughout the London 2012 Olympic Games and in Trafalgar Square during the Paralympic Games.
From sports participation activities, large screens showing the Games, cultural entertainment and live music every evening, Londoners and visitors to the city will get the chance to join in the excitement of the biggest sporting event on the planet.

- Are there concerts every night during the Olympic Games?

Live music is a big part of the BT London Live experience, and each evening sees a fantastic line up of live music with huge artists from across the UK and the world taking to the stage.
On the nights of the London 2012 Opening and Closing Ceremonies there will be two Celebrations Concerts in Hyde Park for which you will need to buy tickets.
For the days in between these Celebration Concerts entry will be free to Hyde Park so you can either turn up on the day, or to guarantee entry on a specific day and avoid potential queues you can reserve Guaranteed Entry Tickets which will be available soon. BT London Live Victoria Park will also offer Guaranteed Entry Tickets to this event for the duration of the Olympic Games. BT London Live Trafalgar Square will not have any Guaranteed Entry Tickets with walk up access only.

- Which concerts can I get 24 hours exclusive access to?

As a BT customer you can buy tickets to the Opening Ceremony Celebration Concert in Hyde Park 24 hours before they go on general sale. This Concert will take place on Friday 27 July.
- When will these exclusive tickets be available for BT customers?
- Exclusive tickets will be available to buy on Thursday 3 May from 9.00am until Friday 4 May at 08.59am or until BT's ticket allocation has sold out, whichever is sooner.
- How do I buy these 24 hours exclusive tickets?

BT customers should log in to My BT (www.bt.com/mybt) or sign up if you don't already have an account. Once logged in, you can click through to the dedicated BT London Live page. Just enter your email address and you will be given a unique, one-time-use promotional code. You can do this from Thursday 26 April.
From 9am on Thursday 3 May you can go to www.ticketmaster.co.uk/bt where you can enter into the ticket purchase journey and will be asked to input the promo code.
- How much do the tickets cost?

Tickets are priced at £60 each (incl VAT) plus booking fee.
Booking fee consists of a £6.00 service charge per ticket and £3.50 order processing fee per transaction.

You just need to login or sign up to My BT. You'll need your BT account number to sign up.
- How many exclusive tickets can I buy?

Each BT customer will be able to buy 6 tickets each in one single transaction.
- When will I receive my tickets?

You will be emailed your tickets by Ticketmaster shortly after your payment has been processed.
- How many tickets does BT have to give to its customers?

BT has been allocated a number of exclusive tickets for this exciting event which they are passing on to their customers, enabling you to buy tickets before they go on general sale.
- When do tickets for the Opening Ceremony Celebration Concert go on general sale?

Tickets will go on general sale via Ticketmaster on Friday 4 May.
- I was unable to buy tickets, have they sold out?

We're sorry that you were unable to buy tickets but there are only ever a limited number of these exclusive tickets available and they are sold on a first-come first-served basis. Therefore it is likely that all the exclusive tickets have been sold, but you can still try and get tickets when they're available on Friday 4 May at www.btlondonlive.com.
You can also apply for Guaranteed Entry Tickets for the Free to Access days at Hyde Park and Victoria Park.
- What time will the concerts start and finish?

Timings for both Celebration Concerts at Hyde Park will depend on the broadcast of live Olympic Games events which will be shown live on the screens. Gates will open at 2pm with the Opening Ceremony Celebration Concert finishing by 12.30am and the Closing Ceremony Celebration Concert finishing by midnight.
